Help
There are many ways you can protect yourself and others from human rights abuses.
- If you or someone you know is a victim of psychiatric abuse, report it. If you are a clinic or hospital employee, whistleblowers in psychiatric hospitals around the world have saved patients’ lives by reporting inhumane conditions or abuse.
- Become a human rights investigator yourself. Get the CCHR basics kit and make a difference in your community.
- Become a member of CCHR or make a donation to help support CCHR’s work. (link)
- Distribute CCHR publications to educate others.
- Speak out – contact your local and national legislators, write letters to the editor and educate others on the real effects of psychiatry.
