Help

There are many ways you can protect yourself and others from human rights abuses.

  1. If you or someone you know is a victim of psychiatric abuse, report it. If you are a clinic or hospital employee, whistleblowers in psychiatric hospitals around the world have saved patients’ lives by reporting inhumane conditions or abuse.
  2. Become a human rights investigator yourself. Get the CCHR basics kit and make a difference in your community.
  3. Become a member of CCHR or make a donation to help support CCHR’s work. (link)
  4. Distribute CCHR publications to educate others.
  5. Speak out – contact your local and national legislators, write letters to the editor and educate others on the real effects of psychiatry.
